The purpose of the Gloucester County Bar Scholarship Fund is to provide financial assistance to Gloucester County high school Seniors continuing on to post-secondary education at a university, state college or community college.

Four scholarships will be awarded.  Each scholarship will be in the amount of $1,000 and is not renewable.  The awards shall be based on the applicant’s demonstrated scholastic ability, general character, accomplishments, and community service.  A minimum of one of the scholarships will be awarded to an applicant that expresses his or her intent to pursue a career in law or a law related field.

Awards are announced at the annual Gloucester County Bar Foundation Law Day Luncheon in May.  The four recipients will be notified prior to the Law Day luncheon and will be invited to attend along with two (2) guests.
